Laurena Yurkowski is a Registered Reflexology Therapist offering services as part of the integrative team at Honey & Ginger in Dartmouth.

Laurena frequently works with clients suffering from exhaustion, depression, ADHD, anxiety or sciatic pain. Reflexology therapy allows the body to relax and start the healing process.

Laurena is an honours graduate of the Academy of Reflexology & Massage in Alberta. She is a certified hand and foot reflexologist, a Master Usui Reiki practitioner and a Theta practitioner. She is a member of the Natural Health Practitioners of Canada, Atlantic Canada Association of Reflexology Therapists and has been in private practice since 2015.
