  • Are you locally owned?
    Yes, we were born and grew up in the Maritimes and in 2016 proudly launched the Honey & Ginger brand.
  • Are your products safe for kids?
    We recommend following label instructions for each product. Not all products are safe for children but we do have a dedicated children’s section in our stores.
  • What does plant-based mean?
    Plant-based foods consist of ingredients derived from plants ie. fruit, vegetables, whole grains, nuts, oils, seeds and/or legumes.
  • Are your products organic and GMO-free?
    We source as many organic and GMO-free ingredients as we can. Individual products are labelled accordingly.
  • Do you carry vegan products?
    Yes, we have lots of delicious vegan food products and we also carry vegan skin care products.
  • Do you carry gluten-free products?
    Yes, we have lots of gluten-free options available including featured foods from local suppliers.
  • Do you ship products?
    Yes, we offer shipping direct from our retail stores. We also have an online shop which ships direct from the warehouse.
  • Can I return a product?
    With a few exceptions, we gladly accept returns on any in-store purchases, with a receipt within 30 days. Refunds are provided on defective products or in the case of an adverse reaction. We are not able to provide refunds on refrigerated goods, professional supplement lines or due to dislike of taste.
